Customer gratitude after sewer damage clean-up

Our team at SERVPRO of Collinsville/Troy recently sent a crew out to clean-up a sewer damage at a Madison County home. Their sewer backed up and caused some damage. We sent a crew out to the job as quickly as possible. Our team was able to remove the water and sewage and restore the home and property. 

The homeowners were so thankful for our crews quick and efficient efforts that they brought a tray of cookies and a sweet card to our office to share with our entire team on Christmas Eve. We are so thankful for our customers and their kind gestures.
