Flooded basements are never fun to deal with. But you can count on us to do what is needed. Removing damaged flooring, base trim, drywall and even insulation is what we are prepared for! 

Early one morning we received a call from a local hotel that experienced a busted pipe and the water affected three floors. 

The crew started working around 5 am and spent the majority of the morning extracting the water, removing baseboards and ceiling tiles and setting drying equipment. 

A local Walgreen's called us to come out and clean up after there pipes over flowed. As you can see in the photo the drainage was under many shelves.
Our crews worked hard to clean and sanitize under every shelf and every affected area as quickly as possible. 

In October we sent crews down to Florida to help clean up after the hurricane hit. Our crews were down there for about a month and helped many home owners get their homes cleaned, dried out, sanitized and ready to be restored back to normal!

This home caught fire from the home owners outside burn pit. The garage and upper level had the most damage, and the rest of the house has ash, soot and smoke smell.

SERVPRO of Collinsville/Troy participated in the Italian Fest Parade in Collinsville. A few of our staff drove our newest box truck and tossed candy. We love to be involved with the community as much as we can!

Mike is pulling out the wet pad from a customers flooded basement. After pulling all of the wet pad our crew set up fans to dry out the concrete and carpet. 

A family experienced a frightening incident during the recent storm. A tree fell on their home causing a hole in their roof. Water then came in and leaked from the upstairs to the downstairs kitchen! For this particular water damage our crew had to set fans in the crawl space to dry it out. It is important that all the wet areas in your home are dried completely to prevent mold growth.

It is the season of giving.  SERVPRO employees donated new toys and canned goods to Ministries Unlimited in Troy, Illinois.  The food and toys were delivered to the charity this week.
