Flooded basement

SERVPRO of Collinsville/Troy was called out for restoration work on a flooded basement this past week. This flooded basement was the result of a sump pump back up. Water came through the storage area into the hallway, bedroom and family room. 
Which resulted in the carpet, pad and drywall on the exterior walls needing to be removed.

Once the damaged carpet and pad is removed we will treat the floor to help remove any left over smell. After that is done we will set all drying equipment and let it run until there are no wet areas left. This usually takes 3-5 days depending on the amount of water the area had.
