Basement that experienced a water damage

During a storm that occurred over the summer, water backed up into this Madison County customer's basement. The carpeting was wet and needed to be removed.

SERVPRO of Collinsville/Troy was contacted for the job and sent a crew out as quickly as possible. We removed the wet carpeting and pad, set up drying equipment, and cleaned and restored any personal belongings that were damaged. After the area was dried and cleaned, the carpet was scheduled to be replaced.
