Backed up floor drain

Our office got a call that a local business had a floor drain back up and caused their basement carpet to get wet. As you can see the carpet had some discoloration due to the back up. The crew treated the area and used our carpet machine to clean and extract all the excess water. The customer was very pleased with how quickly we arrived and how well the carpet turned out. The before and after photos were only taken 15 minutes apart. Our crew understands how important it is to get your business cleaned up and back to normal as quickly as possible.
